I'm hesitant to upgrade again to the latest on HP's website due to me being unsure what model of laptop I have. I've updated my bios previously and I'm on F.33. I have a feeling It may be a temperature issue in some way, as it seems to shut off when under a decent load, and I cant remember it shutting off when it's just idling. Hello, i'm at a loss as to why my laptop keeps shutting down randomly.
